A contemporary overture for developing bands written in ABA form. The simple melodic material moves throughout each section of the ensemble with a strong underlying percussion line bringing a regal feelingto the entire work.  Commissioned by and dedicated to the band students at Lake Middle School in Woodbury, Minnesota.
